The electric hotplate griller is the perfect solution for busy fast food outlets requiring high-speed grilling and toasting. It works as a standalone unit or in modular combination with deep fryers. The 12 mm thick heavy-duty machined steel hotplate provides excellent heat retention for cooking foods such as hamburgers, steak, eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Separate left and right zone controls allow flexible cooking and energy saving by heating only the required surface area.

Each cooking zone has its own Cook/Idle switch and dual thermostats for temperature control and energy efficiency. The toasting compartment below features a dedicated element for even one-sided toasting or broiler function, unlike other brands using the hotplate’s heat. The toaster has a Cook/Idle switch and twin energy regulators for quick switching and backup in case of failure.
