This range of cold food bain maries is designed to maintain food at the correct serving temperature. The unit includes a motor mounted underneath and features durable stainless steel construction. It has removable cross bars and is designed to accommodate multiple combinations of gastronorm pans. A thermometer display allows easy monitoring, with a maximum pan depth of 65mm. The refrigeration system uses a high-quality unit running on R404A refrigerant. The unit also features a ball valve drain. Options for 2 rows with 2 to 6 half-size pans are available. Compatible trolleys are sold separately.
