The VCM-41 & VCM-42-3PH are robust, reliable vertical cutters designed for fast preparation in professional kitchens. These machines chop, grind, mix, puree, blend, and mince.

VCM-41
Single-phase machine with one speed and pulse function. Includes a stainless steel bowl with a gross volume of 4 liters and a net liquid volume of 1.4 liters.

VCM-42-3PH
Three-phase machine with two speeds and pulse function. Includes a stainless steel bowl with a gross volume of 4 liters and a net liquid volume of 1.4 liters.

Preparation Types
Chops, grinds, mixes, purees, blends, and minces.
Prepares aromatic butters, dressings, desserts, herb oils, thickenings, mayonnaise, sauces, soups, minced meat, purees, pâtés, and more.

Four-Armed Scraper
Equipped with a scraper system that prevents food from sticking inside the bowl and lid where knives can’t reach. Four scraper arms keep the bowl and lid clean while pushing ingredients back to the knives for efficient cutting. This patented system shortens prep time and reduces heat build-up. The lid includes a 5 cm wide feed tube for adding ingredients while running.

The machine base is made of durable metal. The bowl is stainless steel; the lid and scrapers are strong Tritan; the knife shaft is acetal, and the knives are stainless steel.

Designed for Hygiene
Made exclusively from hygiene-certified materials. Smooth surfaces, rounded edges, and no unnecessary crevices to trap food. The base has a drainage hole to prevent water accumulation. All removable parts are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

High Reliability
Powerful motor with high torque during startup and operation powers the direct-driven cutter — no belts or intermediate connections. This design ensures exceptional reliability regardless of the food type.

Safety Features
Three safety switches ensure the machine only runs when the bowl, lid, and safety arm are correctly fitted. Mechanical motor brake stops knives instantly when the safety arm is moved, working even during power failures or electrical faults.

Powerful Knife Unit
Large acetal knife unit with two serrated knives for effective cutting. Removable knives maintain sharpness longer.

User-Friendly Ergonomics
